wooo..who doesn't fancy freebies? Notably when it's from Sephora?:)

Who knew that a haphazard roaming around in a mall would be so rewarding, excluding the window-shopping part; in addition, offsetting the tiresome wanderings also.

Anyhow, The Sephora At Eaton centre was celebrating their 5th anniversary subsequently they were giving away freebies to beauty insiders by entering a draw on that day which entitled you to fabulous prizes.

Unfortunately, i didn't win any of those well-garnished baskets filled with beauty products; nonetheless i was accorded this re-usable water bottle and enclosed within the lid itself a concealed mirror..how clever is that?hehe:Pi've been carrying it for the past few days to school and let me add that it is indeed practical and well dissimulated whenever i have to iterate my smudged eyeliner0.o without anyone noticing..haha!and a tiny chamber to store my jeweleries also:Phaha(maybe i shouldn't have blurted that out)ohh well i'm just supposing..lol

Beside this ingenious accessory, stuffed in: a Stila lipstick, a Bliss lemon-scented shower gel and an eye & lip cream Hope in a tube by Philosophy.

On top of that, you;re rewarded for a stamp for every minimum 5$ that you intend to spent there and granted a gift after completion of 5 stamps. Believe me, i haven't shopped much there lately but got free stamps with their email promotions..hehe:)

There are two sides in all of us...

I can't believe that it's mid-november already; in other word, meaning that X'mas is around the corner followed by the new year..hmm..i'd rather not think about how time flies so fast otherwise i might end up being in a gloomy state..haha!As all the residents of Canada must be aware up to now that december and the 3 following months constitute mainly of the depressing cold temperature..which btw catch me off guard every single winter season reason being; the volatile change in temperature from slush to icey cold..brrr
Anywho, i've been trying to brighten my days with some Xmassy to-do shopping list,,hehe

Lastly, with a complimentary coupon of 20%off from sephora; hereupon, i've decided to buy a foundation brush by Dior. Essentially, i was expecting natural bristles from this renowned label; however, according to one of the sephora's beauty associates the nylon/taklon bristles are suited especially for foundation brush as the chemicals from the liquid foundations might use up the brush and thus dismantle the latter.
Additionally, my beauty insider points maxed up to a 100 something, therefore i chose this mini eau de parfum "Sinner" by Kat Von D, it is a tad bit spicy for my taste, i mean scent-wise,regardless it might become handy someday..haha

Personally i am..haha, all those media campaigns kept me lingering for this new collection to ultimately show up in the H&M stores, finally time to stop the drooling as it's J-2 from the official release in stores of those lovelinesses!

Here are some of the pieces that i wouldn't have minded seeing in my closet..haha!!! Actually if you feel like gazing at the the real thing; yet assuming that it's not available on the market yet, i spotted that the H&M store in Eaton centre has already displayed a certain part of the collection.

Yeah, i'm finally and officially on a one week hiatus and i've been looking forward to this for the longest time..hehe!
Essentially, a good timing to make-up for all the slacking from my part towards the blogging world.
Since my schedule doesn't allow me to even pay a visit to the hair salon,henceforth i decided to chop off own hair which included my split ends along with my messy bangs.hehe! Thanks to Kandee Johnson for the helpful tips as i'm quite satisfied at how my side swept bangs came out.
Here's a close-up of how it turned out and i'm placing a special emphasis on this braided chain headband which i have just picked up at Forever 21.

Recall the Teal top in the previous post that i had no choice than to return it?Well, Since the shop's policy was specified that there would be no refund, i had to find something else to redeem my former erratic purchase by annexing this dress with an additional $10.

My endearing ritual of posting updates more often, has suddenly been perturbed by my tumultuous schedule and that will surely last until the semester is over...!Nevertheless, i'm still trying my best to offset this overwhelming situation..

This picture was taken while getting ready to head home after some tiresome hours spent at the gym along with my cousin Val. These are my latest steals, hand sanitizers from Bath & body works, they were only $2 each, might as well get them to stay germ-free with the fast spreading virus H1N1 out there. Some accessories that i've been peeking at on forever 21's website for a while now and finally the most effective lip balm i've ever tried up to now; yet at a pretty penny. I'll surely do a review on it in due time as i've only been using it for 2 weeks so far. Hereupon, i'm hoping that it will do the trick as the harsh winter approaches and see if it can truly combat my soon-to-be chapped lips.haha!

Unfortunately, the gorgeous top had to find it's way back on the shop's clothing rack as it wasn't flattering at all, not to mention that the seams around the arms area were loose in a bizarre way.

Just wanted to share a lil' sneak peek of the new Read-To-Wear spring 2010 collection by Mrs Gwen Stefani:)I'm totally fathoming her sense of style lately!

Omg, I apologize for the lack of posts..where to begin..hmm yea so my picture folder is not working(crappy vista)0.o, secondly school is consuming most of my time as my schedule for this semester is totally demented!lol..and i'm currently on the verge of physical wearisome closely followed by mortal exhaustion..lol

Therefore, i implore you guys to please bear with me on this as i'm hoping that i'll be able to get everything together and have some spare time to blog more often..

However, i stole this picture below from my cousin's facebook who has purposely tagged me on it as she surprised me by buying this gift and left me clueless with only my name tagged on the handbag picture itself:)Honestly, that was very unexpected as i thought that she probably wanted my opinion on it or something relevant to the handbag.
Subsequently, she kept on leaving some hints for me to figure it out and lastly confessed that it was for me and to come into her bedroom upstairs(since my bedroom is in the basement) to come and pick it up. In a crazy state of excitement, i rushed and slipped on the mat, knocked my knee down on the floor, attempting to relieve my knee from the pain, my body curled up in a ball and i ended up directly in her bedroom..oouchhh..0.ololl
This is totally inexplicable how clumsy i can be sometimes..0.o, not to mention a sore knee the next day:'(ohh well..it seems to have been worth it, as i've been dying to have a replica of a Balenciaga bag for the longest time...!lol

Back to school..

Hehe, school has just resumed yesterday after a 3 weeks hiatus and i'm taking advantage of the sunny weather to exhibit my skirts before the harsh snowy winter decides to show up...and those shots were taken this morning before heading to class.
And yeah, some food porn of course since it's nearly dinner time around here..haha!My bf and i went to this chinese restaurant on monday and since supposedly the crabs seemed to be a seasonal dish during this period; we chose this dish of deep fried crab submerged in a special batter combined with minced garlic, one word: succulent!:D

In For The Kill

Nothing more gratifying than chilling at home along with some comforting treat. You guys need to try this if you haven't yet, this is so far the best mouthwatering ice-cream i've ever tasted; the Häagen-Dazs Extraas featured as The Caramel Explosion, it's creamy and imbued with naturally caramel flavour and not to mention the chocolate covered cone chunks and last but not least the almonds lumps smothered in creamy caramel. Simply Awesome!:)

DIY Bobby Pins necklace

I was wandering around Korean Town today and dropped by a shop in the surroundings to finally find the ball-jointed link chain that i've been lusting over for awhile now. Immediately, the image of the DIY Anni Albers Bobby Pin Necklace Jewelry Kit snapped into my mind and this impelled me buy the supplies which consisted principally of the ball-jointed link chain and a pack of bobby pins.

Materials required.

Basically, all you need to do is to insert one bobby pin at a time at every other 2 jointed-balls.

I had to cut the chain link with the help of my side cutters as it was a tad bit too long.

And here's the outcome!:)
